INFRASTRUCTURE:

• Servers are hosted at Hetzner (Fully setup and currently running!)
• Automated daily backups for rapid restoration
• Standby forger in DigitalOcean

FUNDS & VOTE:

• Minimum 10% to 15% is added to the public wallet to generate extra rewards for voters.
• The delegate will only vote for a public delegate (strakefoundation for example), and all rewards generated will go towards the public wallet.
• This also helps other public delegates by adding weight to their pool, as well as funding additional payments to voters.
• Accumulated rewards will be redistributed monthly during the first week to Catalunya voters! (TBW method, monthly based)
• None of the public funds will be exchanged or moved (except voting additional delegates) or if the delegate is definitively out.

EXAMPLE (75% = 8862 Ark based on 422 daily and per four weeks):

• The delegate has accumulated 90 Ark of rewards in the public wallet in one month, this increases the payout by ~1% from 75 to 76%.
• Later, if the delegate has accumulated 180 Ark in the public wallet in one month, this increases the payout by ~2% from 75 to 77% and so on.
• The remaining balance is more than enough to cover the infrastructure and get a reward for the time spent.

DONATION:

• 0.2% for TBW creator (Goose)
• 0.2% for arkdelegates.live (ItsaNameToo)
• 0.6% donation remain for other projects or funding

MONTHLY REPORT:

• Available on arkdelegates.live & Twitter
• Total rewards amount accumulated
• Total rewards paid and the average extra percentage payout

• Just a little about me, I'm currently a Cloud Engineer and I have been in crypto since 2012, I known Ark since 2018 (core V1).
• I've been running Ark relays for several months at different times between 2018 and 2023, but today I'm applying to be a delegate!
• I hope this proposal will make it possible to add a public delegate to the 51, since we're slowly sliding towards more and more private delegates.
