cactus1549 will now share 80% starting from next payout! (21 july)

Delegate cactus1549 has switched from Goose TBW to a custom TBW script co-written by delegate Alessio/GYM and myself. Because of this, payouts are no longer triggered every 211 blocks but every 24 hours at exactly midnight Italian time (the transactions are inside the first block my delegate forges after midnight each day).

Delegate cactus1549 changed its payout frequency from every 3 days to daily (every 211 blocks) and removed the minimum payout starting now.
